Monthly performance indicator
My monthly performance indicator will be customer satisfaction. It is crucial to any business to have a loyal and satisfied customer base that can always trust and rely on you to provide them with what they desire. To measure customer satisfaction I will use a 'satisfaction survey' that will be sent out to consumers that have signed up for the surveys every month. If the customers see that we care about their satisfaction and demands they will continue to put faith in my company as I am putting effort into them.
Half-yearly performance indicator
Every June I will be conducting a staff training session to ensure that my staff know their roles in the business and know how to fulfil those roles successfully. To indicate this I will use the staff training to see if anyone is doing their job wrong or not how I would like it done. This is key as I want my business to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Annual performance indicator
My annual indicator will be to check the earnings of my company. To do this I will use the profits earn over the year as a key performance indicator. I would like my profits to increase every year by at least 5 percent to ensure that my business continues to grow and checking the profits is an easy and effective of making sure this happens.
